Specializing in fostering police-community relationships by developing outreach programs, organizing community events, and leading educational initiatives to promote public safety. I also served as a part-time instructor at our internal police academy and a certified instructor for a 600-person department, including over 400 sworn officers. Additionally, I instructed on active shooter scenarios, contributed to police recruitment, and developed community-based crime prevention programs by analyzing crime trends, coordinating neighborhood watch programs, and facilitating partnerships with law enforcement agencies and community organizations.
